🔄 Returns Eligibility

We accept returns or replacements only in the following cases:

The item arrived damaged
You received the wrong product
A clear manufacturing defect

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for:

Change of mind
Incorrect size selection
Minor variations in color, shape, or stitching (normal for handmade items)
Items that have been worn, washed, or used
Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs

📸 Return Request Process

To request a return:

Contact us at support@velanest.store within 7 days of delivery
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue
Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days
If approved, we will provide return instructions

💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the issue is our fault

🧵 Handmade Note

All Velanest products are handmade. Small variations in color, size, or stitching are natural and part of the uniqueness of each piece, and are not considered defects.

🌍 EU Consumer Notice

We aim to comply with EU consumer protection standards. However, please note that personalized or made-to-order handmade items may be exempt from standard withdrawal rights when production has begun.
