1. Where are your products made?

All Velanest products are handmade in Poland, European Union with carefully selected baby-safe materials.

2. How long does processing take?

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, as each item is handmade to order.

3. How long is shipping?

Shipping time depends on your location:

• Poland: 2–5 business days
• Europe (EU): 4–10 business days
• International: 7–14 business days

Tracking is provided for all orders.

4. Do you accept returns?

We accept returns only for:

• Damaged items
• Wrong items received

We do not accept returns for change of mind or size issues. Please see our Return Policy for details.

5. How do I choose the right size?

Please refer to our Size Chart below. If you are unsure, feel free to contact us — we are happy to help.

6. Are your products safe for newborns?

Yes. We use soft, baby-friendly yarn designed for delicate newborn skin.

7. Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can only be modified or cancelled within a short time after purchase, before production begins.

8. Do you offer custom orders?

Yes, selected items can be customized. Please contact us before ordering.
